Canadian farmers: Pledge a portion of your farm proceeds to support a field ministry project. 

To get started, complete the form below. A new Pledge project will be created to be viewed on our website and shared with your community. 

For best results, complete the form in its entirety. Give your project a name and tell us about your farm and pledge. Select a pledge goal and a start and end date. Be sure to include a photo of your farm or team and a profile photo representing you or your business. 

Once you hit submit, our team will create your unique campaign form and email you when your pledge is ready to be shared!
